Baby Evie 6 Month Session

In case you were wondering, no there are not enough photos in the world for this sweet girl! Her expressions are endless, she’s constantly on the move and we celebrated all of that with her 6 month session in the studio.

Six months is one of my favorite milestones to photograph. Babies at this age have this incredible personality that's starting to come through, and Evie had zero shortage of it. We're talking full belly laughs, suspicious side-eyes, and the occasional "who are you and why are you pointing that at me" face.

When I say on the move, I mean she is crawling before someone places her back on the ground. She’s laughing, babbling, avoiding sleep at all costs so basically A+ on being a 6 month old. However, we are hoping for more sleep for her sweet parents.

Sessions like this one are a good reminder of why I love studio work. The controlled light lets us slow down and actually catch those split-second expressions instead of chasing them. And with a baby like Evie, you need every advantage you can get.
