Ellaina Porter is a Bolivar High School senior and we jumped out of the studio to get some photos on the square. The Bolivar Square is one of those spots that looks like it was made for golden hour: brick buildings, old storefronts, warm light cutting through at exactly the right angle when the sun starts to drop behind downtown.

Sophie photographed this one, which made it even better. Sophie and Ellaina are best friends, and you can feel that in the gallery. There is a relaxed energy you get when the photographer already knows you, and these Bolivar Missouri senior photos have it.
Ellaina wore an overalls set that worked perfectly against the brick wall they found on the square. The sunlight was coming through the buildings at exactly the right angle, and Sophie knew where to put her to make it count.

I can not believe that graduation is almost here! This past week, I got to photograph one of my best friends, Ellaina! She wanted photos done at the square with the sun setting in the background, I was totally here for it!
We found the perfect spot where the sunlight was coming through the buildings at just the right angle. We made good use of the brick wall and I LOVED how it went so well with this overalls set she brought!
Ellaina was such a delight to have and these photos turned out absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend getting a few photos done at the square, especially around sunset.
