Makenzie and Savannah Galentines

I have known Savannah since we were kids! We grew up together, ended up rooming together before I got married in college and have done so much life together.

And Makenzie started babysitting my kids a couple summer ago and then I ended up hiring her in my business.

Both of these women have been such a huge blessing to me and my family and I love them so very much!

Getting to photograph the people you love is one of the best parts of this job. There's a shorthand that comes with real relationships, and it shows up on camera in a way you just can't replicate with someone you met twenty minutes ago. Eisley captured that so naturally here.

What I love about this session is how much it feels like them. Not a posed, performative version of their friendship — just two sisters being exactly who they are with each other. That's what a good photographer sees, and that's what Eisley went and got.
