Mini Galentines

These girls were so so fun to have at the studio! They were laughing, brought ideas for posing and it’s just so good to celebrate friendship.

Galentine's mini sessions have quickly become one of my favorite things we do at the studio. There's an energy that comes with photographing a group of friends that you just don't get from solo sessions. Everyone feeds off each other, the confidence comes faster, and the photos end up feeling like a real snapshot of a friendship instead of just a collection of portraits.

What I love about what Eisley put together here is how relaxed the whole thing felt. Nobody looked like they were trying. They showed up with their own posing ideas, their own outfits, their own chemistry — and we just got to document it. That's the best kind of session to shoot.

riend group sessions are great for Galentine's, but honestly they work any time of year. Birthdays, end of a school year, just because — if your friend group has been talking about doing photos together, this is the reminder to actually do it. These are the photos you'll still be looking at in ten years.
