Sophie Stimpson came to her senior photos at the Bolivar Middle School track in her Liberators uniform with a stack of medals that covered most of her track uniform. Royal blue and gold, neon green Saucony spikes still showing their wear, and hardware from years of running in the 417.
Sophie Stimpson, Class of 2026 Bolivar Liberator
Sophie is a class of 2026 senior at Bolivar High School. She runs track and field for the Liberators and has competed at the state level. She brought everything that belongs to her athletic career: her actual uniform, the spikes she races in, and the medals she has earned. MSHSAA State. Ozark Conference. Hermitage Invitational. Mark Sapp. Pleasant Hope Cross Country. She stacked them all around her neck and stood in lane three like she had earned every foot of that track.
Sophie works at the Jordan Brittley Studio and has been part of the team since late summer 2025. She has seen behind the scenes and knew what she wanted to bring to this session. Eisley took the pics in the morning on the Bolivar Middle School Track and I’m sure Sophie’s mom will be crying seeing all of her hard work wrapped up into a gallery of photos. I love the shot of the medals and the incorporation of the graduation cap. This is what a spring senior session is all about!

The Medal Shot
The graduation cap comes up a few times in the gallery. Sophie held it in one hand while her spikes dangled from the other, walking away from the camera with her hair moving in the wind. The medal shot tells the rest of the story: hands on hips at the starting blocks, every ribbon around her neck, standing in lane three like she knows exactly what it took to get there.
