Before this shoot week, Isaac and my mother-in-law drove out to pick up flowers from a local grocer in Bolivar so I could put together bouquets before we started.

This brand shoot was for JB and the vibe was cozy for a casual entrepreneur vibe but we wanted to show her being a working queen for the Jordan Brittley brand.

Ellaina Porter is a Bolivar High School senior and we jumped out of the studio to get some photos on the square. The Bolivar Square is one of those spots that looks like it was made for golden hour: brick buildings, old storefronts, warm light cutting through at exactly the right angle when the sun starts to drop behind downtown.

I love studio sessions because with a blank background, all the focus is on the subject. Sessions like these have so much room for creativity and can be so fun!
