Sophie shot this one, and she brought in a friend from college to model: Ellie, a student athlete at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO who is working toward a degree in exercise science with physical therapy in her future.

Stockton Lake sits about 30 minutes from Bolivar in the Missouri Ozarks and it is the kind of place that makes a senior road trip session feel like an actual event.

Senior sports photos might be one of the best things you can do with a senior session. Most of the time a senior will book a separate session just for the sports segment so you can dedicate the entire sesh to your sport.

Meet Kami, a senior at Bolivar High School and such a joy to have in the studio. She came in as a friend of our newest team member Emma, and what started as a portfolio-building session turned into one of those shoots where everything just clicks. I'm obsessed.

As an athlete myself, something that is super important to me when taking sports pictures is being able to capture the strength, focus, and courage that comes with being an athlete. Ella did a perfect job of modeling these attributes with this sports senior session!
